Spear Jiu-Jitsu Academy at CrossFit Philly is lead by 2003 CBJJ World Champion and Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt Noah Spear.

Noah has 10 years of experience in the Art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, he last competed with the Relson Gracie/Team Balance, Philadelphia.

The following class times are available

• Tuesday 8:00pm - Beginner
• Wednesday 4:30 pm - Kids
• Wednesday 8:00pm - No Gi
• Thursday 8:00pm - Beginner
• Saturday 11:00am - Kids
• Saturday 12:00pm - Mixed/Open Mat
• Sunday 12:00pm - Kids
• Sunday 1:00pm - Mixed/Open Mat

 

You will need to bring the following to each and every class.

• A clean and dry uniform and belt
• A rash guard and fighting shorts
• Footwear for when not on the mat
• A towel
• A mouthpiece is recommended but not required
• Arrive 10 minutes early for class
• A form of payment or your academy ID card
