Class:  CrossFit Classes in Mt. Airy

CrossFit Classes are a recurring monthly program with the flexibility to workout in the group setting anywhere from twice a week to six times a week. 

  • Two Workout Sessions per Week is $120 a Month
  • Unlimited Workout Sessions per Week is $167 a Month

Urban Athlete's Fitness Bootcamps and classes are 45 minutes long and consist of a high-intensity blend of bodyweight exercise, speed and agility training, dumbbell and kettlebell training plus much much more...

Morning Class Times:

  • Tuesday and Thursday 6:00am - 6:45am - CrossFit Class
  • Monday through Friday 9:00am - 9:45am - CrossFit Class
  • Saturday 8:00am - 8:45am - CrossFit Class
  • Saturday 9:00am 9:45am - CrossFit Class

Evening Class Times:

  • Monday and Wednesday 6:00pm - 6:45pm - Kettlebell Class
  • Monday through Thursday 7:00pm - 7:45pm - CrossFit Class

Open Gym Hours (for current members only):

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6:00am - 9:00am (all workouts and skill work need to be completed by 9:00am)

Elements Class (a requirement to start all programs):

  • Tuesday and Thursday 6:00pm - 6:45pm
