CrossFit Classes are a recurring monthly program with the flexibility to workout in the group setting anywhere from twice a week to six times a week.
- Two Workout Sessions per Week is $120 a Month
- Unlimited Workout Sessions per Week is $167 a Month
Urban Athlete's Fitness Bootcamps and classes are 45 minutes long and consist of a high-intensity blend of bodyweight exercise, speed and agility training, dumbbell and kettlebell training plus much much more...
